The chamber complex

In addition to the special equipment for each hyperbaric rescue unit, NUI's hyperbaric reception centre consists of the following:

  • DDC 6 (8 persons reception, rescue and living chamber)

  • DDC 5 (Toilet and transfer chamber)

  • DDC 4 (Hyperbaric oxygen treatment chamber, 8 persons living and recreation chamber)

  • DDC 3 (combined transfer and toilet chamber)

  • DDC 2 (4 persons living chamber)

  • DDC 1 (4 persons living chamber)

  • Transfer frame for hyperbaric rescue units with transfer hatch in the bottom of the pressure chamber

  • Connecting flanges for all relevant types of hyperbaric rescue units

  • Certified lifting equipment for all relevant hyperbaric rescue units
