Demanding work environments
Since NUI was founded in 1976, it has targeted those working in professions which make extreme demands of medicine, physiology and equipment. Experience gained from research and medical follow-ups on divers and astronauts has provided us with knowledge which we now use for professionals working in other areas.
There are several aspects to NUI´s SHE work and services - for example the development, management and use of medical knowledge in cooperation with recognised medical bodies; our in-house expertise in particularly demanding working environments; and the development of expertise in - and use of knowledge on - working environments, health and performance.
